The Upper House foundation honoured a twenty years old student of University of Benin, Edo state identified as Jennifer Efemonghe as she opted to work as a labourer despite the stress in it because she didn’t want to bother her parents with school bills.
Jennifer Efemonghe stated that it was her only source of getting money as she had no interest in begging to meet her basic needs. She was mocked by some of her friends because of her decision to go about carrying pan of cements on her head just because she wants to have money in her pockets. Her hustling spirit got recognized by the Western Foundation and she was awarded with $1000 to encourage her humility and dedication and also assist her with her bills.
